Order Returns
We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. You will need to include a copy of the order invoice and the item in its original condition.
For approved returns due to damage or incorrect items, return shipping will be arranged by Khoobsurat.
