All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Tuesdays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
Metro cities: 4–5 business days
Other cities and towns: 6–9 business days
Remote locations may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available on selected offers or order values.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on selected pin codes. Additional COD charges may apply where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags and packaging are intact
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference.
To request a return, customers must provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Size does not fit
• Change of mind
• Product not liked after delivery
• Item used, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Return request made after 48 hours of delivery

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Online payment orders → refund to original payment method
Cash on Delivery orders → bank transfer or store credit
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Replacement Policy
If a replacement is requested for a damaged or incorrect item, it will be shipped subject to stock availability.
