Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of their order before the order is processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

How to Request Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. Cancellation requests will only be accepted within the allowed time frame before shipment.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
